Corporate Nannies

Whether you, or your clients, require child care on a regular or temporary basis, either on-site at workplace, in private homes or corporate venues, CHARLTON BROWN Nannies and Carers will provide care of the highest standard.

CHARLTON BROWN also offers an “emergency care” service for corporate clients when regular care arrangements are not applicable. This is particularly valuable to clients who need alternative care when dependent family members are ill, or for work-related travel.
What you can expect from CHARLTON BROWN Carers.

Our Nannies and Carers

Taking care of children is our passion, so when it comes to looking after those of our clients, we ensure that safety and professionalism (and of course fun for the children) are our priorities. Of our carers you can expect that they will:

• Be punctual, discreet, reliable and appropriately dressed
• Consult with and support parents/clients in relation to any special requirements/care routines necessary to meet the needs of individual children.
• Keep appropriate and confidential records for the purpose of child safety (such as accident/incident forms, timesheets, reports of the child/client’s day, emergency contact numbers, dietary requirements, etc)
• Engage and play with all children present and make appropriate use of resources (if provided), and
• Keep children/charges safe whilst involving them in developmentally appropriate activities

Please note that our carers are able to feed and change children only if the venue provides suitable facilities. If this is a required service, please discuss with CHARLTON BROWN® staff when making your booking.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide clients with Nannies and carers who:

• Have completed a nationally recognised childcare qualification
• Hold a positive Working With Children Check Police check
  (in accordance with State legislative requirements)
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
• Have been personally reference-checked by our staff
• Are fully insured
• Are legally employed (taxation, superannuation, etc)

All of our Nannies and Carers are selected for their professionalism, honesty, empathy, flexibility and commitment to working with children and their families. We regularly review the performance of our Nannies, and we value any participation you choose to make to this process.
