Depending on where you would like to work CHARLTON BROWN® liaises with a variety of reputable agencies, placing nannies across the UK, USA, Canada and Europe.
Most positions are filled prior to leaving the country and candidates are generally required to commit for a minimum of 12 months. CHARLTON BROWN will assist with all paper work, visa requirements and insurance prior to departing, however we do ask that you have a valid passport prior to applying for a position as this makes the process much easier and placement faster.
CHARLTON BROWN pride ourselves on our professional Nannies and therefore require all nannies to maintain the utmost level of professionalism whilst working abroad. International Nannies must be well presented, eloquent and have outstanding etiquette. CHARLTON BROWN require personal interviews with all UK and European candidates, prior to applying for positions. This allows us to get a better understanding of each candidate in order to have a better chance at placing every Nanny with the right Family.
Travel expenses and insurance costs are covered on a case by case basis as well as contract and working conditions.
