- You will be working legally in worry free employment on a casual basis
- Your taxation obligations will be met by CHARLTON BROWN
- All employment will be arranged and rates of pay negotiated on your behalf
- Your wage will attract the Superannuation levy of 9% if you earn over AUD$450.00 per month.
- You will receive a fortnightly wage commensurate with the hours worked and tax will be deducted as per the taxation schedule.
- You will be covered by Work Cover in the state in which you work.
- CHARLTON BROWN has professional indemnity insurance for all staff.
- You will receive a Pay Advice Slip detailing the hours worked, rate per hour, tax paid and Superannuation and other allowances (vehicle, live-in, overnight)
- You will have fewer worries and a stronger future in your career.
- Your pay will be calculated from Monday to Sunday and directly credited into your nominated bank account fortnightly on a Tuesday
General Conditions
Acceptance of your employment with CHARLTON BROWN is conditional upon:
- Your use of recording system/diary
- CHARLTON BROWN Agency being notified of any changes to your working arrangements.
- All rates of pay are based on casual rates of pay.
- Minimum amount of hours to be worked by nannies: 3 hours
Documentation
Before employment is offered, you will need to provide copies of:
- Senior First Aid
- Certified copies of qualifications
- Working with Children Check/Police Check
- Medical Report
- Current Resume
- Tax File Number
- Car Insurance Policy
- Driver’s License
- Photos (2 passport size)
- Resume with references

Nannies are selected based on their professionalism, flexibility, reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
You will be required to undergo a verbal interview with an Agency Consultant. We will also need to contact your child care related referees.
